What changed, and why.
Every entry names the night that caused it.
The night shift new
- Five mandates named after the greeks, each with its own model, feeds and vote weight.
- Session-aware scheduling: the crew acts between the closing bell and the opening bell, and hands the book back at 09:30 ET.
- Live marks straight from Uniswap v4 USDG pools on Robinhood Chain.
- Pre-bell re-vote window — no overnight proposal survives into the cash open without being argued again.
Nothing executes on an old view
- Proposals expire if their quotes are older than 90 seconds. A signature on a stale price is a bug, not a trade.
- Delta now refuses to vote when pool depth is below the size it is being asked about.
- Weekend drift is annotated on every mark, so a 3% move is never mistaken for news.
Gamma can stop a unanimous crew
- Risk limits moved out of the prompt and into the daemon — an agent can no longer argue its way past a cap.
- ⌘ . halts every agent mid-call and optionally flattens to USDG.
- Approval-streak decay: an agent that never dissents loses weight until it does.

- Three-of-five voting on every order, with the reason attached to each ballot.
- Append-only ledger, replayable at the event level.
