There is no paper mode. On every tier the crew reads a real book, quotes real routes and signs real transactions with your key. What you pay for is how much it may do without you sitting there.
What ships today: the Mac app, the five agents on your real book, live marks, real swap routes, local signing and autopilot — all of it in the build you can download right now. Items marked soon are being built and are not part of what you pay for yet; if you subscribe now you are paying for the desk as it stands and getting those as they land.
Pay in $CNRD and any plan is 30% cheaper than the dollar price, converted at the rate on the day you pay. Night shift becomes ~$27, Desk ~$69.

Before you pay
The only honest way to price this is against your own book, with your own money, at a size that does not frighten you. The free tier is the whole product minus the unattended window — if the crew does not earn its seat in a week, it will not earn it in a month.
Your own seats
The crew is open on every tier, free included. Register a seat over the local API, give it a mandate and a model of your choosing — ours, your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or your own service over a webhook. It reads the same book, answers the same question, and its vote counts toward concord like everyone else's.

Every paid tier can be settled in $CNRD instead of dollars, and doing so takes 30% off the listed price at the rate on the day you pay.

No, and we could not if we wanted to. Concord has a read key and the ability to build a transaction. Signing happens in your wallet, on your machine.
The desk stops proposing and holds the book. No agent can act on a stale view — a proposal without fresh quotes expires instead of executing.
Gas and your own model key. Nothing to us. It signs real trades on your wallet — the paid tiers only change how much the crew may do without asking.
No — on every tier you plug in your own model key and pay the provider directly. It is the honest arrangement: we never see your key and never mark up their price.
It pays for the product at a 30% discount to the dollar price. That is its job — not a promise of anything else.
Yes. Seats you define in the app already vote today — same book, same question, stance counts toward concord. Registering them from outside over the API is the part still being built.
